4月7日，剛果Shematsi & Associates律所創(chuàng)始人Chris Shematsi先生及其律師團(tuán)隊(duì)成員Terence MBADU THUADI先生和Laetitia Bamani Marvel女士蒞臨北京恒都律師事務(wù)所參觀交流。
On April 7, Mr. Chris Shematsi, the founder of the Congolese law firm, Shematsi & Associates, along with his legal team members, Mr. Terence MBADU THUADI and Ms. Laetitia Bamani Marvel, visited Beijing Hengdu Law Firm for an exchange and discussion.
北京恒都涉外法律專業(yè)委員會王茂君律師、齊婷婷律師、李晨曦律師，恒都國際業(yè)務(wù)部林丹陽、王志瑩熱情接待了來訪嘉賓，雙方圍繞中剛兩國企業(yè)出海法律問題及涉外法律服務(wù)路徑展開深度交流，此次來訪皆在加強(qiáng)中非法律服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)間的互學(xué)互鑒，深入探討法律服務(wù)領(lǐng)域的未來合作機(jī)遇，為共建“一帶一路”高質(zhì)量發(fā)展提供法治護(hù)航。
Lawyer Wang Maojun, Qi Tingting and LI Chenxi from Hengdu Foreign-Related Legal Affairs Committee, as well as Ms Lin Danyang and WANG Zhiying from International Business Department, warmly received the visiting guests. The two law firms conducted in-depth exchanges on the legal matters of overseas business and foreign-related legal service for the Chinese and DRC enterprises. The purpose of this visit is to enhance mutual learning and exchange between Chinese and African legal service institutions, foster in-depth discussions on future cooperation opportunities and provide legal safeguards for the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.

During the meeting, Lawyer Qi Tingting, the member of Hengdu Foreign-Related Legal Affairs Committee, introduced the overview of Hengdu Law Firm and the advantages of Hengdu in various business fields. Lawyer Wang Maojun presented the practice achievements of Hengdu Law Firm in the field of foreign-related legal services. The two lawyers also had in-depth exchanges with the visiting lawyers on the legal matters and challenges that the Chinese companies may be involved in overseas business.

Mr. Chris Shematsi and his team introduced Shematsi & Associates' expertise and valuable experience in 1. Tax and customs, intellectual property, natural resources, labor laws, infrastructure and other areas.
