The delegation was warmly received by Wang Xiaoxu, Head of the International Legal Affairs Department and Corporate M&A & Restructuring Department, along with Shi Jiaxing (International Legal Affairs Department), Zhang Yumeng, and Lin Danyang (Hengdu International Business Department). The two parties engaged in in-depth discussions on innovative pathways for advancing cross-border legal services, injecting fresh momentum into international legal cooperation.

During the thematic seminar, Wang Xiaoxu highlighted the accelerating pace of Chinese enterprises' global expansion and the surging demand for cross-border legal services amid growing overseas investments. She emphasized that this collaboration with Karanovic & Partners represents a critical step in Hengdu’s global network development. To date, Hengdu has established overseas cooperation offices in nearly 100 sovereign states, achieving the phased goal of “one country, one office” and gradually building a worldwide legal service framework.
